“It has been quite a journey with the Friends as we evolved from Na Hoaloha ‘Ainahou (Friends of ‘Ainahou) to the present Friends of Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park, with the Hawai‘i Volcanoes Institute.  My favorite Friends-related activities include forest restoration work, helping to care for ‘Ainahou Ranch, and attending the wonderful programs.”
