
The responsibilities include overseeing a team of 7-10 individuals working in the park on tasks such as trail maintenance, invasive species removal, visitor services, light maintenance, trash collection and more. Additional duties involve scheduling the crew, coordinating with National Park Service divisions, maintaining, and inputting data, managing timekeeping and other related tasks.
This position reports directly to the CEO and is composed of approximately 75% outdoor work and 25% office work.
Candidates should have experience (including, but not limited to) in conservation and youth programs (ages 18-30), safety, navigation, walking long distances, carrying equipment, using hand tools, weed whackers, possess strong reading and writing skills, planning, analytical, and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
Compensation will be based on experience.
